They were married three months ago.
Now Swedish princess Madeleine and her husband Chris O´Neill have announced that a royal baby is expected early march next year.
"We feel so blessed and can't wait to become parents!", Madeleine wrote on her official Facebook page.
The announcement came early Tuesday morning.
On their webpage, the royal court, delivered the news that Princess Madeleine was pregnant.
"Princess Madeleine and Mr. Christopher O'Neill are delighted to announce that The Princess is expecting their first child. The birth is expected to take place in beginning of March of 2014."
And Princess Madeleine couldn´t wait to share her joy and published a short message on her Facebook page shortly after the official announcement.
"Chris and I are thrilled to let you know that we are expecting a baby for early March next year. We feel so blessed and can't wait to become parents!"

At 11 o clock, the baby message had been "liked" more than 11 000 times on Facebook and people from around the world sent their congratulations to the expecting mum.
Bertil Ternert, the royal courts information manager, confirmed the princess’s joy for Expressen.
" They are feeling very well," he said.
To the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet, the couple has earlier said that they would like children in the future.
"We are both very family oriented and would of course like to have children some time in the future,
Madeleine, who lives with her husband in New York, is on her way back to Sweden for a meeting later in the week.
